The homestead is on over 5 acres in the "Cowboy Capital of the World". Just 8 minutes to town with lots of live music, BBQ, southern food restaurants and plenty of small-town shopping of boutiques, antiques and more. You can sit by the river or take a stroll down Main Street. The above ground pool is 33 ft round, behind the main house.

This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

Golf cart or kayak rentals are available at Coconut Cowboys at 410 Main St. Main room features a king size bed; Second room: queen; Third room: full size with twin trundle. Fire pit outside. This listing is for the main house only. Guest lodge behind the main house is available for rental.

Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.
