It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, with easy access to the Southwest coast path.

The barn is a 16th Century former dairy, 3 miles from Seaton and Axminister 7 miles from Lyme Regis. The barn has 2 bedrooms one shower room and a lounge/kitchen.
