The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. Built in 1887, and owned by the Pyle family for over 100 years, the farmhouse is surrounded by fields with sheep and cider apples. We are on site and therefore able to offer a personal and friendly service to help with anything you may need during your stay. Dogs are welcome (small fee per night)

Country House & Own 34ft Private Heated Pool

'The Grange' has its very own private 34 ft heated swimming pool (year round) in the garden only a minute's walk from the house. Guests are welcome to swim as much as they like! Year round water temp 28 degrees. On a third of a mile long private driveway. A huge garden including a mature orchard, outdoor decked dining area, patio seating area and firepit grill. The farm won a 'Most Beautiful Farm' award at the House of Lords. Working farm, see and feed calves, fruit pick and see our beehives.

The Coach House Annex

Welcome to our lovely one-bedroom annexe in Honiton. You’ll find a bright and comfortable kitchen-living area, a king-size bedroom with ensuite shower room, and a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the space to sleep up to four guests. With its private entrance and small outdoor patio, it’s the perfect retreat for couples. A 10-minute walk from the London Waterloo–Exeter train line and close to the A30, it offers access to Exeter, Sidmouth, the Jurassic Coast, and nearby countryside walks.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Secluded cottage with breathtaking 360° views across the Blackdown Hills AONB. Bright, airy and beautifully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen, utility room and spacious conservatory. Large private gardens feature mature shrubs, flowers, trees, a Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. Dog friendly. The cottage is 100m from the lane, with parking available. Access is via a gate and mown path across a field. Please note: there is no vehicle access to the cottage.

Siskins Nook (sleeps 4) PRIVATE HOT TUB Siskins Nook is a lovely holiday cottage for 4, tucked away in peaceful countryside in Devon’s Blackdown Hills National Landscape. Once the apple store and cider house, the cottage has 2 bedrooms and a private garden with a hot tub. Guests also have use of a games room (shared with 2 other holiday cottages) and access to the 15 acre grounds with open fields and a riverside walk.
