The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY, INSIDE AND OUT

Enjoy this cozy freshly remodeled home in the heart of Bent Creek. Located on a private drive just off of the Pisgah National Forrest. You will have hiking and biking trails that dreams are made of just 2.5 miles away from your door! The Asheville outlet mall is also only 2.5 miles away, 2.2 miles to the Asheville Arboretum and Blue Ridge Parkway entrance, and 4 miles from I-26.
