Welcome to Villa Maria, our small fairy-tale chateau by the forest in Lauterbourg. It is your home away from home, with its own history and character, offering a calm retreat or a base between Karlsruhe and Strasbourg for exploring the Rhine Valley, Black Forest, and the Vosges. It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. Whether you are visiting as a couple, family or a group of ten, we hope you find it as welcoming and peaceful as we do.

Ferienhaus „Südpfalz-Living“

Das Haus befindet sich in der wunderschönen Südpfalz in Hagenbach, direkt im Dreiländereck, zu Baden und dem Elsass. Ausgestattet ist es mit drei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer mit schönem Kachelofen und großem Wintergarten, einem Gäste-WC und einem Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Außerdem gibt es einen Partyraum mit einer Bar, Billardtisch und kleiner Lounge für gesellige Abende. Im Außenbereich steht ihnen eine Sauna zur Verfügung. Die Energiekostenpauschale für die Nutzung pro Tag beträgt 20€.

Garage for bycicles or bikes.

Egal ob Wandern im Pfälzer Wald, ein paar Tage Wellness oder die Ruhe der Natur direkt vor der Haustür - in dieser Unterkunft lässt sich vieles vereinen. Der Pool ist bei unseren Gästen besonders beliebt, da er nach Sauna-und Spaziergängen für Erfrischung sorgt. Besonders geschätzt wird auch die Privatsphäre, da sowohl Pool als auch Sauna und Garten zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehen. Der Pool ist ganzjährig nutzbar, allerdings nicht beheizt. Ein Whirlpool steht nicht zur Verfügung.

Dich erwarten 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, großes Wohnzimmer zum Entspannen , eine kleine Küche, ein separates Esszimmer, barrierefreies Bad und separates WC. Auf der überdachten Terrasse lässt es sich im Sommer gemütlich sitzen. auf der Terrasse ist rauchen erlaubt. Pkw-Stellplatz vorhanden. Nähe Rhein, Frankreich, Schwarzwald, Messe Karlsruhe Ihr könnt die Zeit bis 4 Personen ab mindestens 2 Übernachtungen verbringen.
