Very convenient both for those arriving from the airport (it's 120 meters far from the Guglie Ali Laguna vaporetto stop (local ferry) and from Santa Lucia train station (8 min walking). The house respects the highest standards of energy efficiency and is organized to eliminate water and plastic waste.

Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Vicinissimi: Venezia (56 km), Treviso (31), Bassano del Grappa (30), Cortina d'Ampezzo (105) e, le Dolomiti piu' vicine, ad un'ora di macchina. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.
