It’s a pleasant alternative to central suburbia with ample bird life and a flurry of much-loved pets. It has an elevated, leafy outlook and you’ll love the sense of external space surrounding you. There are beautiful beaches and headland walks to explore nearby. It is not a farm & there can be some road noise in the day.

We’re delighted to welcome you to our beautiful ground floor apartment. It is an easy 300 meter walk to Epiq Marketplace - with shops including Woolworths/BWS - and just a 4 minute drive to the beach and gorgeous Lennox Village with its fabulous cafes, boutiques and outstanding restaurants. Don’t pack bulky beach towels or a beach umbrella, as they are supplied! Come visit! There’s building construction across the road from us but please park in our driveway when you return from your day trips!

Located right in the heart of town, the perfect jumping off point to visit areas such as Byron Bay and the villages of Bangalow, Newrybar and Brunswick Heads. The interiors are filled with old world charm, featuring ornate ceilings and a wood fire for the winter months. (Please note that firewood will be an extra cost). Multiple outdoor areas including a sun filled front verandah to enjoy your morning coffee or daytime nap plus a fire pit off the bbq deck for the cooler weather.
