Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a new queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and washer & dryer in the bathroom.

Located just 10 minutes away from Abbotsford International Airport by vehicle, this 1 bedroom underground basement suite (naturally on the cooler side) features new appliances and your own designated parking spot monitored by cameras. There are 12 steps going down to the basement, so please be sure you are good with stairs before booking. Kitchen essentials are included, and beds include 1 double and 1 single bed side-by-side. NO CHILDREN, NO SMOKING & NO PETS. TWO OCCUPANTS MAX ONLY PLEASE.

Our studio suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outside sitting area looking out on our fenced backyard, with a ground level trampoline. We have a king-size bed, your space includes a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction stovetop, etc and a lovely bathroom complete with bath/shower. A wonderful place to get away !! In this beautiful country setting. The carriage suite has its own private deck looking over the gardens. Access to hiking trails nearby. 10 minute drive to centennial trail, mountain biking trails and Chadsey lake. Minutes away from Ledgeview Golf Course. The suite has a full kitchen and the grocery store has delivery service. We offer an EV station for your convenience, you must provide your own charging adapter! We charge $25 for your stay!

This beautiful suite is located 15 minutes away from Thunderbird Equestrian Centre, Campbell Valley Park, loads of wineries and several golf courses. This basement suite is open and airy with 9 foot ceilings and huge windows. A beautiful, covered jacuzzi tub is available on the property for you to use. Equipped with mobility-challenged amenities including an easy-access shower with grab bar, ramps, and easy to access closets.

Our cozy and comfortable studio suite is good for business trips, travellers, short term students, or couples trying to get away. The space is updated and offers a TV and fully equipped kitchen. There is street parking available. The house is situated on a grade and does require stair climbing to access the suite. There is no A/C in the unit.
