Ce chaleureux studio se trouve à proximité de la Basilique de Koekelberg et de plusieurs commerces (boulangeries, pharmacies, supermarchés, etc.). L’appartement est situé au 1er étage d'un petit immeuble sans ascenseur. Le centre ville est facilement accessible depuis l'appartement (15 minutes en transports et 10 minutes en voiture).
