Casa Lina S.Andrea, 100 mt dal mare. Cotoncello

Ambiente comodo e spazioso , situato al primo piano a 100 mt dalla spiaggia del Cotoncello ,lo può fare un bambino di 2 anni. Circondato dal verde , in zona tranquilla, parcheggio adiacente alla casa. Ambiente familiare A quattro mn di macchina troviamo un negozio di alimentari molto fornito. La pulizia, segue i protocolli ministeriali , la pandemia è stata superata e non è più indispensabile portare i cuscini personali. La biancheria è disponibile su richiesta ed è considerata extra.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Sant'Andrea House "La Solana"

*Between a reservation and another there's an empty day used to clean and sanitize the house, (ozone machine)* A few minutes of distance from the little gulf of Sant'Andrea with the beautiful sandy beach, rocky surface and the cove of Cotoncello. There's a little bakery almost in front of the house and a tiny market at the closest village La Zanca (5 mins by foot) and a little bar, perfect during the sunset to enjoy a cocktail and some appetizers with a wonderful orange seascape view.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! There are mosquito nets in the house. MAX 2 PETS: €5 per day per pet to be paid on arrival.   RENT ONLY FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY

La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

Bilocale vista mare

Appartamento bilocale composto da camera da letto matrimoniale e un divano letto a due posti nel soggiorno. Vista incredibile su Corsica e Capraia, situato in mezzo alla natura, ristrutturato da poco. Ideale per gli amanti del trekking con sentieri a pochi passi da casa. Mare a 1,6km raggiungibile facilmente con un mezzo proprio o servizio di navetta con fermata di fronte al parcheggio privato riservato all'appartamento. Non forniamo biancheria.

Dependance La Bandita

Dependance immersa nel giardino di un tipico podere toscano, siamo nella campagna di Marina di Castagneto Carducci vicina al mare raggiungibile a piedi o in bici percorrendo l’adiacente pista ciclabile per ca. 2 km. Una camera spaziosa con bagno en suite e letto matrimoniale, ingresso indipendente e ampio giardino a disposizione. Rifugio perfetto per viaggiatori che cercano uno spazio tranquillo, romantico e rilassante.

Grazioso e accogliente bilocale adatto per due/tre persone, arredato con cura. Il terrazzo privato è ampio e arredato affaccia sul mare e il frutteto/vigneto, di fronte non vi sono case, il silenzio è perfetto per riposarsi e godere di una splendida natura. La casa non ha strade vicine. Dotato di climatizzatore. Parcheggio privato. Adatto ad accogliere gli amici pelosi, il terrazzo è chiuso.

Through the garden you reach the villa, with a large living room and terrace overlooking the garden towards the sea. In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. Two opposite wings form the sleeping area and therefore privacy for the different parts. The beautiful garden offers amazing sea views.

The house, with descent directly to the Buche / Mortigliano beach, is located in a very quiet and secluded context, excellent for large families or groups of friends. The large terraces equipped with a wood-fired barbecue oven, in the shade of large maritime pines and with a spectacular view towards the sea, make this villa a place to spend your holiday peacefully at all hours of the day!

Casa La Caletta

La Caletta house is suitable for couples and solitary adventurers. It is a small renovated farmhouse once used as a wine warehouse, with a breathtaking view of the sea to be admired from the two terraces ... one to the east for breakfast, the other to the west ideal for having an aperitif at sunset...

Casale elbano "pieds dans l'eau”

L'appartamento, indipendente, di 40 mq, ha un patio antistante di 10 mq dove consumare i pasti all'aperto con vista mare. La spiaggia si raggiunge con un brevissimo sentiero privato, nel cuore del Parco Nazionale dell’Arcipelago Toscano, fra pini e vegetazione mediterranea.
