Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Our guesthouse is located in a dead-end street just a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Zaandam (with restaurants, bars and shops). Free parking . The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! Onze plek is een goede uitvalsbasis om Amsterdam en haar omgeving te verkennen, zoals het openluchtmuseum De Zaanse Schans. De tuinsuite is een vredige plek om te ontspannen na een lange dag toerist zijn. Welkom! Jouw huis staat los naast ons huis en heeft een eigen ingang. Je kan met vier volwassenen (en een extra baby) verblijven. Direct naast de woning gratis parkeren. Geniet tijdens het wandelen in de directe omgeving van het natuurgebied en de molens. Bushalte voor het openbaar vervoer naar Amsterdam ligt op 50 meter afstand, 30 minuten naar het centrum van Amsterdam! De prijs is inclusief bedlinnen, keukenlinnen, badhanddoeken en lokale belastingen.

In the room has all the amenities. The guest entrance is in our back yard with its own front door, so that you are free. This room is a mix of antique and modern style, comfortable and luxury furnished and fully equipped. There is a luxurious double bed and folding bed with high-quality mattresses. The total room was renovated in August 2018. Opposite our House is a forest. Our garden is subtropical, with hibiscus, palms, and a fig tree. You are welcome

Discover the typical landscape and villages by bike, sup, in the hot tub or kayak (kayak is including). For nightlife, musea and city life the beautiful cities of Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem are close by. De beaches are about 30 min. drive

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.

We would like to welcome you to an authentic ‘Zaans’ house built by the owner himself. The house is near the famous ‘Zaanse Schans’ with her windmills, museums and its traditional houses. Amsterdam is only 15 minutes away by public transportation. Cities like Alkmaar and Haarlem even the Dutch beach, are easily reachable from this beautiful location. The price is including tourist tax.
