Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Erdgeschosswohnung, sehr zentral gelegen! 1 gratis Parkplatz! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt nebenan. Zur historischen Altstadt nur 5 Gehminuten! Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Bahnhof, nur 2 Gehminuten! 10 Min. bis zum See und der schönen Promenade! Kinderspielplatz gleich um die Ecke!

Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Entrée indépendante, cuisine équipée simplement, salle de bains adjacente avec baignoire, chambre à coucher double/twin et petit salon pouvant héberger une personne supplémentaire ou servir d'espace de travail. Il convient bien pour passer la nuit lors d'un tour en vélo, comme pied-à-terre pour visiter la région pied du Jura ou lors d'un voyage d'affaires.
