Spacious, artistic, the studio has an extensive library + woodburner for cosy evenings in. *NO TV* Lovely light and spacious en suite bedrooms with beams. The property is carbon neutral - underfloor heating, hemp and lime insulate the walls. Natural clay paints give the place a homely and organic feel. We have lovingly renovated the barn from a derelict over the past 15 years and enjoy welcoming guests. Wolf Moon Yurt available for extra people.

We are ideally situated to visit the Pembs countryside, costal paths, and many local beaches such as Tenby, Barafundle, Saunderfoot, StDavids, Poppit Sands as well as other attractions like Pembroke Castle, Folly Farm, Oakwood & Bluestone theme parks. Coach House, 3 miles from stunning Aberporth Beach

The Coach House at Crynga Mawr, part of a beautiful historic stone mill transformed into a 1 bed luxury holiday cottage. Located in coastal countryside close to the beach and set down a country lane surrrounded by pasture and woods, only 3 miles from the fishing village and stunning beach of Aberporth and 10 min drive from historic Cardigan. Local beaches offer surfing, paddle boarding or just lying in the sun. Close by there's plenty of restaurants, attractions and local spots to explore.

Glanteifi, St Dogmaels (Max 6 adults)

Glanteifi, meaning on the banks of the Teifi, is a large Georgian House with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms right on the river leading straight to Poppit Sands. It has 3 acres of shared grounds going right down to the shoreline and includes a tennis court. It is situated at the start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and is a short walk in to the village with its award winning farmer's market, pubs, fish and chip shop, art and pottery galleries, mini supermarket, Post Office, abbey and water mill.

The market town of Cardigan, with its chic cafés, and Poppit with its acres of golden sands is a five minute drive. Relax in our garden, overlooking the Preseli Mountains, enjoying our peaceful locality, or star gazing from the hot tub.

Cwtch Y Wennol - Romantic Cottage in West Wales

Cwtch Y Wennol is a beautiful one bedroom stone-built cottage, converted from the farm's original grain store situated at the end of a quiet winding lane with picturesque views of fields and woodland. This luxury cottage is just 3 miles from the market town Cardigan, and 5 miles from the beautiful sandy West Wales beaches and Pembrokeshire coastal path. The enclosed private garden with outdoor seating and BBQ, exposed beams and cosy log-burner make this the perfect year-round retreat.

Y Caban Pren is located within a six acre property, three miles from Cardigan. It is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with far-reaching views from the site. The owners live in the adjacent farmhouse. The accommodation is self-contained, and is constructed to a very high standard, with thick insulation, electric heating and double glazing to all rooms. It is comfortably fitted out with neutral colours. In front of the cabin there is a garden area with table, chairs and raised beds.

Guests can enjoy the unique opportunity to stay in their own space, with own surrounding gardens with access to local footpaths. It is extremely peaceful, with no noise pollution and dark nights. Away from hustle and bustle, this is a true get away, even though Cardigan town is only 10 minutes away. The local beaches are easily accessible also.

The apartment has 1 king bed, ensuite with bath, kitchenette. My place suits couples + child ( bring child / baby sleeping items).

Braebrook SeaView overlooks Aberporth and Cardigan Bay. Join the nearby public footpath leading you onto the Coastal Path to Aberporth beach and beyond to Tresaith, Llangrannog, New Quay. The buses pass the front of the property or you can walk down the road to the local facilities which include restaurants, takeaways & public houses.
