Spinney is a real treat -our hip barn is full of character with exposed beams and brickwork. We've designed an open plan layout to maximise the space, creating the ultimate couples retreat. With a private courtyard garden to enjoy the indoor outdoor experience with bifold doors that stretch the entire width of the space. Spinney includes a fully equipped gallery kitchen and separate large wet room with a large walk in shower. We are ideally situated between the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

This freshly refurbished room offers compact self catering facility, within a beautiful rural setting, with lovely views and local walks/cycle routes, yet close to all necessary amenities in Henley-in-Arden and Hockley Heath, just a few (three) minutes drive away, with plenty of local pubs, restaurants, cafes to choose from. Airport parking may be possible as the location is a short drive away from Birmingham Airport & The NEC. Blythe valley, JLR and Solihull are also local for staying guests.

Our tastefully finished 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 guests. It`s extremely green with ground source heating, sits in the grounds of Orchard Cottage/Orchard Nursery with a paddock & small terrace garden. The apartment has its own private entrance, open plan living-dining-kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, one is a double bed & one is adult bunk beds. Bathroom has a walk in shower. Discover it in the historic part of the village near St James The Great Church, Stratford on Avon & The Cotswolds are nearby

Welcome to our converted horse box in the idyllic countryside of Kerswell Green, nestled near the village of Kempsey and the renowned National Trust venue, Croome Court and Malvern Hills. Experience a one-of-a-kind getaway unlike any other where you have access to 0.3 of an acre of private space. Great for a romantic getaway, a peaceful escape, or a memorable adventure, our converted horse box will be a great experience. There is a handmade hot tub at an additional charge (see description).

Our family Cottage is my favourite space to chill and relax. Its a cosy grade II listed 17th century cottage, full of original charm and character. We have a quaint country cottage garden which offers an additional peaceful space. Nestled in the beautiful village of Cropthorne, it sits on the edge of the Cotswolds. There are several village pubs to visit and local farm shops to explore and if you want a trip out to our larger towns or cities we are the perfect location for a short trip away.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Our Shepherds Hut is sat on a farm in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside, surrounded by fields, farms and public footpaths for country walks. The lane is also on a cycle path. You will be surrounded by far reaching views of the countryside with stunning sunsets and sunrises. Outside seating for alfresco dining, a fire pit for those cooler evenings (great for cooking those marshmallows). The hut is fully equipped with all you’ll need.

Shepherd's hut with stunning views, Warwickshire

Nestled in the village of Coughton. A charming private shepherd's hut offers stunning views of the Warwickshire countryside. Positioned at the end of a secluded driveway and accessed via private gates, the hut is conveniently located just a short distance from our residence, allowing us to assist if needed. However, rest assured that the hut maintains its distinct privacy. Adjacent to the hut lies a farmer's field, occasionally visited by tractors and even graced by the presence of deer.

The Duck House, Lakeside ,Woodland Log Cabin.

The Duck House is an open plan hand built wooden cabin situated in front of one of our lakes beside our beautiful private woodland which you have direct access to.. With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. It is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. Well behaved dog friendly. Explore our private woodland and lakes or the local footpaths. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI.

Ivy Stables

Welcome to Ivy Stables, a cosy country retreat where you can relax in peace and quiet. The converted stables retains the charm it had many years ago. A fully appointed self catering rental, a stone’s throw from Stanbrook Abbey and the Old hills. From toasting marshmallows around the fire pit, or sipping a glass of wine on the deck in the evening sun, Ivy Stables has everything you need for a lovely getaway where you’d be comfortable for a 1 night stay or an extended break.

The Engine House, rural escape to Bredon Hill

The Engine House is the perfect base for a romantic break or active outdoors holiday. It's fantastic dog-walking and off-road cycling country, set at the foot of Bredon Hill on the Glos/Worcs border. The house is beautifully-furnished and ready to self-cater with a well-equipped kitchen. Step out of the door, and it's easy access straight onto the hill, to enjoy spectacular views. Or for a friendly welcome and good food, just stroll next door to the Yew Tree Inn.
