Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, updated home just 7 minutes from the University. Centrally located yet in a super quiet, safe neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of students and university activities. Beautiful estate house that has it all! Conveniently located 2 miles from I20/59 (Exit 89). It has 6 bedrooms 4 1/2 baths, formal dining, family room, two huge rec rooms. One that is downstairs with roll up doors that opens to the pool featuring a huge bar area, commercial refrigerator, projector for those football/movies. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bath, the other rec room with pool table and projector. This 200+ acre escape is nestled just 15+/- miles from both Tuscaloosa and Birmingham.
