Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Cozy farmhouse & stunning views on 135 acres

A gorgeous, spacious and secluded retreat with a fabulous swimming/skating pond and two wood-burning stoves surrounded by 135 acres of meadow and hiking trails, and a short jaunt to miles of untouched wilderness. This 160-year-old farmhouse is super cozy in winter and can easily accommodate large groups but offers plenty of privacy. Outlier Inn Cottage on Farm Upstate Catskills

The Cottage is a cozy two bedroom, year-round listing with an eat-in kitchen, living room and bathroom. In addition to two full beds there are two queen sleeper sofas in the living room to accommodate up to 8 guests. There is central heat for the winter, window A/C units for the summer and a smart TV. Cottage guests have a private picnic table and charcoal grill along with access to a shared firepit.

Lidar West

Lidar West is a unique mountain home located in the woods by one of New York City's major reservoirs. The main house is a 1400 sqft 2 bed, 2 bath, ideal for families with kids, and there's a sleeping cabin with an additional queen bed, electric heater, and wood burning stove called Hemmelig Rom, which I built myself using oak milled on the property.

Minutes from the Shawangunk Mountain Ridge, Shawangunk Wine Trail and Angry Orchard facility. Private Guest suite/apartment in bilevel main house with private entrance and parking. Lock box for key entry. Owner resides on site in main house. Sit in front of the split stone fire place and relax sipping on local wines!
