Shops, restaurants, G Live Arts Centre, Yvonne Arnaud theatre, Guildford Castle and Stoke Park are all within walking distance. Guest parking for one car on the drive.

Set in a peaceful rural location, 10 mins from the heart of Guildford, this wonderful little space affords totally self-contained comfort and privacy. We like to provide the extra touches to make you feel more at home during your stay… The Cabin is surrounded by trees & wildlife abounds happily. Awake to birdsong galore! Note to keen cyclists: great access to the North Downs link via the old railway line, practically on our doorstep. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink. Happy to recommend.

The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Meadow Cottage Barn is a sympathetically restored 17th century self-contained studio barn situated next to the main house in Milford & adjacent to beautiful National Trust land & has off street parking. The accommodation comprises a king size bed, sitting area with sofa, kitchen, dining area & bathroom with shower. It opens into its own garden space & has an outdoor eating area. Newbridge Cottage

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

Little Willow - town centre gem with parking

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
