The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. A standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (washing machine and dryer, available to guests staying more than one night ) A compact kitchenette with breakfast bar and stools…. Close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Cosy 2 Bed cottage New Yatt Farm

This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cosy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. Please note Bed 2 is quite small

The Burrow is plush and cosy and has been finished to a high standard, a happy medium for those who like the idea of camping with luxuries! Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, heating for the winter months, double bedroom and small single bunk beds. Fast wifi signal and smart HD TVs complete with decking and hot tub. Spacious surroundings and beautiful views of the sunset.
