Coffee Creek Landing is 2.3 miles from us to launch your boat. There are 3 flat screen TVs with streaming options.

Tackle Box Cottage

Tackle Box Cottage is a cozy and quaint 100 year old home. The cottage has been completely renovated, but still retains its original charm. The hardwood floors and ceilings were restored, and I kept as much of the shiplap as possible. TBC has enough parking to accommodate 2 trucks with fishing boats. TBC is located about 7.5 miles west of Winnsboro, TX which is a cultural arts district and a Main Street Town. It is close to several Lakes including Lake Fork. Children 5 and older are welcome.

Breezeway at the Lake

This beautiful stone, breezeway style home sits on 3 acres with a barn and small pasture. It is located on a quiet County road just 300 yards from Lake Winnsboro and no close neighbors. There is a public camping and swimming area right around the corner and the Lake Store and Marina just down the road. On the property, there are is also a cabin inside the barn and an RV hookup spot available to rent for those larger get togethers. Events are permitted with additional cost and pre-approval

Maybe I'm a little partial, but I really have to pinch myself when I go visit Callie's cottage. Imagine...a beautiful country road, quiet except for the occasional sound of a cow. A cottage tucked into an abundance of trees, wrap around porch, flagstone firepit area, patio lights strung across the yard, antique mantle with gas fire, crystal chandelier, beadboard from an 1800's farmhouse, a tub big enough for two, the lushest bedding, classical music plays, sweets served. Deep sigh.

Auntie Anna’s Serving Up Cinnamon Rolls

Auntie Anna’s Retreat is ready for your get away! In addition I will make and serve our guest Homemade Cinnamon Rolls 3 mornings a week! At 8 am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays a hot pan of cinnamon rolls will be brought to your door! Auntie Anna’s is set on 34 acres near our personal home. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the slow pace and simple pleasures of living in the country. We love Auntie Anna’s for its large backyard with fire pit, grill and sitting area.
