Bar, Restaurant, Shop, Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, and Jacuzzi in its site facilities (passes purchase at reception). Close to Brockhole Visitors Centre, (for boat cruises/hire) Ambleside, Windermere Town, and Bowness. A beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy for the whole family and explore the entire Lake District.

Luxury 3 bedroom lodge for 6 (plus travel cot) with Hot Tub. Located on South Lakeland Leisure Village, a few minutes drive from Junction 35 of the M6, at Carnforth. The lodge has an open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The living area and all 3 bedrooms have smart TV's with Netflix. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-In wardrobe and en-suite shower room. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. on-site there is a pub/restaurant looking out onto the lake.

Located on White Cross Bay, the lodge is in a fantastic place to explore the Lake District and it's only £3.00 by bus to anywhere in The Lakes.

Townfoot Byre, EV friendly

Townfoot Byre, Troutbeck is a beautiful bedroom suite in our 330 year old traditional Lakeland farmhouse. The house was built in 1691 and what is now Townfoot Byre would have originally housed animals. However, it has now been converted it into a charming and cosy bedroom suite with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Spa, sauna, swimming pool and gym access at a local club is included, free with your stay. A 7Kw EV charger is available, if you're travelling in an electric vehicle.

The flat sleeps 6 adults; 3 bedrooms a lounge/dining area, kitchen and bathroom with a bath and shower unit. The flat has a covered car port, free WiFi and is located a very short walking distance from Windermere village and railway station. An iron is provided and each bedroom has a hair dryer. Guests have free access to Choices Health Club approximately 1.5 miles away. Up to 5 guests can use the facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, steam room jacuzzi, solarium and gym.

Maple Leaf Cottage is a newly renovated cottage located in the centre of Windermere. Suitable for families and couples. Located just 100 metres from over 30 bars, restaurants, pubs and attractions. The cottage has brand new furniture, fixtures and fittings including a jacuzzi spa bath. Free parking although no car is required! All guests have unlimited free access to the owner's Health Club and spa located close by in Toutbeck Bridge, just a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away.

Dorothy’s place Bowness on Windermere

Dorothy’s place is part of an 18th Century Villa. Adults only no children allowed. Everything you need for that perfect romantic break. Guests get full use of the large garden and woodland to take in the stunning view. If travelling by train our advice would be get a taxi from the station as can be difficult to find on foot . Guests are welcome to park up as early as you want before check in or drop luggage off in a safe place,but please let us know in advance.
