Immaculate studio space for 2 people (no children) who need time out of their busy lives to shut off and re-charge. It comprises of an open plan lounge/kitchen/king size bed and bathroom with shower, with sliding doors onto a verandah which overlooks the beautiful running water and the woodland, where if you're lucky you might spot a deer or two. We live nearby if you do need us for anything.

Lake View Lodge

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

The sitting room, kitchen & dining room are on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 newly installed bathrooms are on the 1st floor and a TV room and utility room are in the cellar.

Caxton Cottage is a cosy, detached house, with its own parking in front, (a real bonus in the area), and a small enclosed yard with seating area behind. It is a level stroll into the village with its lovely shops, restaurants and cafés, and a pleasant walk down the hill into Bowness.
