Opposite the house is a friendly pub with occasional live music and tables outside which may disturb children at bedtimes? We have recently added a lovely conservatory/dining room overlooking the garden This cottage is located in the picture perfect quaint town with boutique shops and seafood restaurants, all in short walking distance. The beach is 215 meters from the house. The house is on a pedestrianized street opposite two friendly local pubs. New Inn opposite has live music most weekends which may disturb young families at bedtime? Waves does not have private parking but there is unrestricted parking on adjacent streets close by.At busy times you have to be patient ! There are several public car parks close by but we have never needed to use them

Molly's Place is also suitable for the less mobile with a ramp up to the front door, wide doorways, and step free access to all rooms.

Traditional terraced house converted into a stylish one bedroom home that is yours exclusively. It is an ideal home for a couple looking for a restorative break by the seaside. We live here part time so it is fully equipped and the amenities are all available for you to use, including beach kit. Please note that we have a strict adults only policy and that the maximum number of adults is 2. We love animals, but unfortunately we also have a ‘no pets’ policy as well.

A special place. Direct beach access; wonderful views; spectacular sunsets. Beautifully converted and well equipped. A perfect retreat. A stroll from the Sportsman Restaurant, Oyster Pearl Pub and near lovely Whitstable for shops and restaurants. Perfect in summer with a safe swimming beach meters away and in winter the pleasure of of sea mist, migrating birds and walks on the shore and marshes. Afternoons with a book in front of the fire.

Pebble Cottage is centrally located just off the bustling High Street of Whitstable, with its independent shops, pubs and cafes. The beach is a short stroll away. The cottage is situated on a quiet turn-off and sleeps up to four guests. there are two bathrooms, one en suite. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything you should need for a relaxing break. The patio garden is a sun trap and well-behaved dogs are very welcome.
