This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. For larger families or friends we do rent the whole house as an option & price is by negotiation. The ground level has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 , its own bathroom, lounge and kitchen

Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road.

The studio has its own entrance & bathroom. NO KITCHEN but has microwave, toaster, fridge, tea/coffee facilities & table. 30 seconds walk and you are in the reserve which wraps all the way to the marina and town. Tiny house complete with small kitchenette and bathroom, outside shower and bath. The cabin has either superking bed or 2 singles. Peaceful rural setting 4 km from the iconic Whangamata beach. Sealed road for cyclists and 2km from beautiful bush walks and waterfall. We are a small farm with cattle, sheep and chickens with an organic garden and orchard. This accomodation is not suitable for children. Self catered but continental breakfast can be supplied on request at $12.50 per person (cash).
