Tui Lane Holiday Home & BnB is close to the entrance of Matamata’s beautiful Centennial Drive, a stunning botanical park walk winding its way through the town centre of Matamata - a quick 1min walk away. A 5min walk to town and i-site, a short drive to Hobbiton, the house is very centrally located to town and nearby shops, services and attractions!

If track is wet , we offer a vehicle for transportation down to the location.

King fisher cottage is a tranquil eco cottage set on the rivers edge of 11 acres of wild farmland and beautifully landscaped gardens that offer total privacy. The cottage has a semi-outdoor bath for bathing while star gazing, a kitchenette, living area & bedroom. There is no wifi & minimal phone reception, the perfect place to get away and unwind an enjoy nature. PLEASE NOTE: June through to September the track is too soft for a car so you need to park in the carpark and walk 40m to cottage.

You will have exclusive use of this 3 bedroom country home which easily accommodates 7 people. An 11 minute drive to the sensational Wairere Falls bush walk . 17 minutes to Hobbiton Movie set . Has foam mattresses for groups up to 11 as well as a portacot. Please be aware of electric fences on driveway( but not near house surroundings )
