Perfect for weekend getways or working trips. The property is situated with the grounds of a larger house backing onto meadows with sheep grazing and uninterrupted views of Suffolk countryside. The main living area is open plan with a lovely modern kitchen with table and chairs for eating at. A large leather sofa for relaxing and unwinding looking out onto your own private courtyard. In the bedroom a sumptuous king size bed to snuggle into at night and a delightfully quirky en-suite bathroom await you. In the morning enjoy a breakfast of delicious eggs laid by my chickens as I will leave breakfast essentials for you.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

Our charming rural retreat has flexible accommodation for 6/7 adults PLUS small children. Modern kitchen & bathroom. Private staircases lead to Bedroom 1 - double bed + single Zedbed on request. Bedroom 2 - twin beds. Both have en-suite WCs. The Garden Room is EITHER Bedroom 3 (with kingsize bed OR 2 singles) OR an additional sitting room. Travel Cot available for our younger guests! Sitting Room has a log burner for WINTER evenings. Secure, private, sunny rear garden with lawn and patios.

Cowslip houses three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen diner, dining area and lounge that can accommodate up to six people. The generous open-plan living area leads to a private and secluded outside terrace with stunning views of the meadow. The lodge contains underfloor heating throughout. As a welcome on your arrival, and to make you feel at home right away, we provide complimentary tea, coffee, a small carton of milk, sugar, bread, butter, cooking oil, eggs and a delicious homemade cake.
