The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

This is a cozy, newly finished basement apartment. 800 total square feet! Just 20 minutes to downtown Asheville and 10 minutes from AVL Airport! It is the full basement of the house with two separate rooms. One area is the bedroom with bathroom/kitchenette separated by a barn door to the TV\Office space area.
