Walk down the steps to what we call the Misty River Park where you will find a shared seating area with a few hammocks and a unique floating dock.

Lil' Sumpin is a totally unique Tiny House experience. A renovated travel trailer parked on a equally unique spot. We've added a bathroom, porch and deck. Fall asleep to the sounds of the nearby creek. Hang out at same creek the next day. Everything you need for a relaxing get away. We are right down the road from Herrington Manor and Swallow Falls State Parks. Deep Creek Lake is a short drive from here. Beautiful places to hike, bike and boat! We are close to town but you’d never know it!

The high end living extends to the private yard with pavilion where you can kick back and enjoy the views of the windmills on the mountainside.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This 2015 27' camper is located less than 10 miles from the town of Moorefield, WV. On a parcel of property that is used, but large enough you don't see the neighbors, traffic is minimal and there are no street lights to block your view of the starry night sky. This little piece of heaven is quiet and allows you to relax, take a trip into town for dinner and enjoy the evening by a campfire. This is a RV NOT a 5 star resort!

New campground established this year. Boutique with only 6 sites. Located on Seneca River 2 miles from popular Seneca Rocks with endless hiking trails/ 2 caverns in the area to explore Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Each site is situated for optimal privacy. Each site has a small solo stove and there is also a larger firepit at the far end of the property. Lady Bug

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable retreat. RV sits right on Seneca Creek which is prime area for fishing. 3 miles from Seneca Rocks welcome center/ climbing/ hiking. Close proximity to Seneca Caves, Blackwater Falls, multiple hiking trails. Spectacular nightly viewing of stars. Each unit has a smokeless firepit with a larger fire pit at the far end for gathering/ larger fires. Rental comes with wood with additional wood for purchase as needed.
