Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. This large mobile home with a huge conservatory attached, recently refurbished & fully equipped to a high standard. Situated on our farm next to our small riding school, Red Park Equestrian Centre. The main bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite toilet & wash basin. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet & washbasin. The large lounge has a cosy Woodburner, smart tv & king size sofa bed. The kitchen has all you would expect.

Adjacent to a prestigious golf course and the Shops and restaurants of the town centre are only 1 mile away by road or beach!

Perfectly located for exploring Dartmoor, and the beaches along the south coast. Plenty of off-road parking. Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.
