We are tucked away in a small hamlet yet within walking distance of the village pub & with views & walks from the front door. Daylesford & Soho House are close as well as Jeremy Clarkson's Farm shop Diddly Squat. The Nest offers a boutique space from which to explore the beauty of the Cotswolds in total comfort.

The Garden Flat is an independent new extension to our converted stone barn in Oxfordshire, just outside Hook Norton on the edge of The Cotswolds with stunning views from every window. Attractively & tastefully furnished with a small kitchenette area, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & kettle - NO OVEN; double bedroom with king size bed & en-suite shower/bathroom. A large patio area with barbecue with table & chairs and stunning views across the valley & sunsets.

We live in a lovely old cottage in the heart of Eastleach a quintessential Cotswold village. There are beautiful footpaths and cycle routes from the front door and a superb pub, The Victoria Inn. Most, if not all the Cotswolds most sough after pubs restaurants, and tourist attractions are very close by. Inc Bibury, Burford, Broadway, Bourton on the Water, The Farmers Dog Jeremy Clarkson's & Cirencester. We are perfectly located if you are attending a wedding at Cripps, Stone or Oxleaze Barn.

A recently developed, beautifully furnished space, COSY for two adults /+1 baby ( U1 year or teen only) OR one fur-baby. No toddlers I’m afraid. Situated in a sleepy Cotswold farming village private drive, small garden/patio area. There are lots of stunning walks on the door step and we are close to many Cotswold attractions including Diddly Squat Farm and The Farmers Dog pub. The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. A standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (washing machine and dryer, available to guests staying more than one night ) A compact kitchenette with breakfast bar and stools…. Close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

The Studio at Sandys House

Close to the centre of Chadlington and the nearby Cafe, which offers breakfasts and light meals, the Tite Inn and local deli and butcher's shops, the Studio offers peaceful and comfortable self-contained accommodation in a lovely garden setting at Sandys House (Grade 2 listed) including kitchen, shower-room and living / creative space with wifi. An ideal retreat for artists / writers or Cotswold visits, and garden tours , with nearby London rail links via Charlbury (GWR) or Oxford.
