Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

It is stone built, beamed with inglenook fireplace, original bread oven, and complete with log burner. If you walk quietly you may see some of our beautiful wildlife living here on Labdon Estate. Close to charming villages, good pubs and within reach of the coast and moors.
