Our bright, comfy and cosy beach home, with separate snooker/table-tennis/darts annexe, is located right on the picturesque Pevensey Bay. Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, enjoying meals, swimming, walking, cycling, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Located down a private drive and situated in a beautiful setting with glorious views, Sandbanks provides very comfortable and attractive holiday accommodation in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The Potting Shed is a fabulous space to spend time with family and friends. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds.
