Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

This is a spacious South facing Grade II listed property located close to Longleat and walking distance to supermarkets, town centre and the national award winning Warminster Town Park. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Listen closely and you may hear the lions at Longleat roar! Tucked down a quiet lane, on the edge of Longleat Safari Park, The Lodge at Cobweb Cottage is a delightful bolthole. Stepping through the front door, you will be met with a spacious yet cosy open plan living space with a modern shower-room. The bedroom with private balcony occupies the entirety of the first floor. From here there are delightful countryside views. Outside there is parking for two cars.

Our Property is on the very edge of Warminster. Your accomodation is the loft conversiosn and the entrance way. We can accommodate a maximum of four persons in two rooms. We are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. Breakfast includes croissants jams cereals juices etc. A kitchenette, TV DVDs books games BBQ and use of the front garden. Please note we have a Labrador dog.

Smithy at Blatchbridge

From the foundation of a blacksmith the smithy is a 2 bedroom house. With double height spaces in the living area and the downstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath and another double bedroom. It is very close to Longleat, Nunney Castle and the neighbouring town of Frome along with the city of Bath is a half hour drive away.
