Countryside annexe located in the New Forest and only a few minutes drive from the nearest beach. Christchurch, Bournemouth, Southampton and Salisbury are also within easy reach. We live on a popular cycle route 2, The accommodation comprises of either a double bed upstairs and/or double sofa bed downstairs. There is a shower room/lounge area/kitchenette/withkettle/toaster/hob/microwave/mini oven with grill. We are also close to several wedding venues. Not suitable for infants/young chlldren.

Ideal for couples who want to explore Dorset and the New Forest which is a 5 minute drive. Annex is 50msq, and on 2 levels. Upstairs a kingsize Simba mattress & bed with ensuite. A short walk through the bunny reserve and you are at the beautiful coast with a choice of sandy or pebble beach. The house is nicely decorated and well equipped inc lovely outside space. Local amenities only a 5 min walk offering shops, bakery, fishmongers, and a range of fantastic eateries. The house is well positioned for walks or cycling in the New Forest. Mudeford Quay, Hengistbury Head, Christchurch and the Isle of Wight are all within easy reach. A light, airy home in a beautiful setting.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos).
