A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.

We hope that you will enjoy your stay in this unique cottage with stunning views and spacious layout for 2. Holly cottage has under floor heating throughout which is powered by a ground source heat pump ,hence no carbon monoxide alarm is required. Holly Cottage was built in 2015 but our main house was built in the 1880s. We feel the character of the cottage compliments the main house. Gringley is a fabulous place to walk and explore, the pub is only 300 yards away.
