Filled with all you need amenities in each room; kitchen, laundry, and bathroom. We hope you enjoy this space as much as we have. You have access to the deck, fire pit, the full backyard, Pets are welcome! There is parking for 3 cars; We are about 15 minutes from GSP airport, 15 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to Haywood Mall, 12 miles from BMW museum and factory.

This 19th century cabin is your perfect cozy getaway. This guest house is located on a 3.5 acre property, secluded from the historic neighborhood, though it's just 3 miles from downtown Greenville and the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.
