Feel free to ask us anything! Völs/Fié is one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in South Tyrol. Activities include hiking, skating, biking, skiing, and swimming. Several recommended restaurants, shops, and the tourist information center are all within easy walking distance. We will provide information upon your arrival about public transportation, Fié/Völs and the Dolomites. Feel free to ask us anything! The "Piazza Fié di Sopra" is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Fié (Völs am Schlern). Until the 20th century it used to be a small village with a blacksmith, a wheels maker, a farm and an old tavern by the name of "Löwenwirt" (Lions' Inn). Its centre was formed by a small chapel with an ample garden. If you like panoramic views, the frontside of the chapel will be the place for you! Winter: South Tyrol is a skier's paradise! The Alpe di Siusi can be reached in 10 minutes by car or public transport, other nearby spots are Val Gardena and the Sella Mountains. Skating and sledging can be enjoyed at the idyllic Völser Weiher. Spring Summer: Do not miss the nearby Völser Weiher (bathing lake) and the castle Prösels. Völs is a wonderful area for hiking and mountain biking (Dolomites), for day trips the alpe di Siusi is perfect. According to "Magazin der Süddeutschen Zeitung", one eats particularly well on the Tschafonhütte and the Gostner Schwaige. We can confirm that from experience :-) Autumn: Autumn is the time of harvest and vintage. Völs has some very good "Buschenschänke" and "Völser Kuchenkastl" (Traditional Harvest Specialties) to offer. Hiking and mountain biking in September and October are possible depending on the weather!

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage, aber inmitten der Natur, in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus, dem Glunhof: im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren etwa in die nahegelegenen Dolomiten, im Winter ein perfekter Standort für Wintersportler; das bekannte Grödnertal beispielsweise liegt in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Künstlerstädchen Klausen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten über den Radweg erreichbar.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Hereinspaziert in unsere grüne Oase oberhalb von Vahrn. Hier befinden Sie sich inmitten von Weinreben und Wäldern. Der Schalderer Bach sprudelt vor dem Haus, die Vögel zwitschern in den Baumkronen und Sie genießen einen traumhaften Blick auf die Plose. Genießen Sie die wohltuende Ruhe, fernab von Touristenströmen, aber trotzdem gut an die Stadt angebunden. Die vier Suiten befinden sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes und überzeugen mit einer gemeinsam nutzbaren Sauna samt Ruheraum und Dusche.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Unser Bauernhof liegt auf 1175 m Meereshöhe, 15 Gehminuten oberhalb des Südtiroler Sonnendorfes Lajen. Wiesen und Wald umgeben unser Haus. Sie können wieder bewusst die Natur erleben, den Vogelstimmen lauschen und die saubere Luft atmen. Die artgerechte Tierhaltung zeichnet unseren Biohof aus. Im sonnenverwöhnten Dorf Lajen nur 500m von unserem Hof entfernt finden sie 2 Kirchen, 3 Gasthöfe, 1 Pizzeria, 2Geschäfte, 1Bäcker, 1Metzger, 1Apotheke, 1Bank.

Garden-level apartment with beautiful views of the village, located in a quiet but central residential area just 3 minutes from the center of town. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Cozy living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One parking space included; additional parking available upon request.

Thalerhof Naturae Oasis Ritten

With a view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Thalerhof Naturae Oasis Ritten" in Auna di Sotto/Unterinn is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 38 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A spa area with a sauna and a whirlpool can also be used for an extra fee. A baby cot is available for a fee.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

The apartments are modern, very bright and spacious, furnished with great attention to detail in modern Alpenflair.
