Fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and central heating. House consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a sofa bed on upper floor with a spiral staircase taking you to a hallway, double bedroom and shower room. Terraces on both levels. Huge garden with fruit trees and an amazing private terrace.

La composizione della casa la rende ideale per una vacanza in famiglia, ma anche per un romantico soggiorno in montagna. Adatta per bambi sotto 5 anni.

Het is een zeer complete ingerichte en van alle gemakken voorzien 4 personen stacaravan met twee slaapkamers. Op de overdekte veranda kan je lekker genieten onder het genot van een lekker verfrissend drankje. Naast de Caravan mag gebarbecued worden. Geen last van voorbijrijdende auto's doordat de camping een autovrije camping is. Parkeren op een afgesloten terrein op de camping. Camping lig 900 meter van zandstrand. Fietsen huren, zwembad, speeltuin restaurant, bar, supermarkt en kampwinkel.

La casa è situata in centro all'Abetone ma è immersa nel verde con una splendida vista sulla vallata. Luminosa e soleggiata, ha tre camere da letto, una matrimoniale e due con due letti a castello (uno dei due può diventare matrimoniale; biancheria non compresa). Un bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura e cantina riscaldata per gli sci. Area verde di proprietà. Ottima in estate per chi ama tranquillità e natura, ideale nel periodo invernale per chi ama sciare (impianti di risalita a 50m).
