This amazing, heated, spacious country getaway has no plumbing— it's just a few steps across the yard to the main house guest bathroom. Come create, relax, and renew here! Loft 3 - On The Historic Monroe Square

Loft 3 is 40 steps (2 flights of stairs) above the Monroe Square. It's a climb, but the view is totally worth it! Newly remodeled in 2021, and reminiscent of the 1859 character of the building, this space is cute, cozy, and truly one of a kind. Literally a couple steps away from your entryway is Sunrise Donut Cafe, featuring customized donuts and a full menu of excellent coffee items. From there, explore the rest of the Square for food, drinks, and shopping in a quaint Main Street atmosphere.

Bo and Aero's retreat is named after the two friendly(and quiet) Labradors that live upstairs. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a historic downtown. If biking, hiking, running, walking, snowshoeing or cross country skiing are part of your routine we are located just off Military Ridge trail,near Blue Mounds and Governor Dodge State Parks. We are 30 min from downtown Madison.This is a home away from home. Perfect for long term rental and traveling medical staff.

A private locked entrance opens up to a sunny space with great views of a wetland beyond the backyard. Private patio to enjoy morning coffee and the sunrise. A great place to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty! We have binoculars if you love bird watching, and bikes to ride or hike the Glacial Drumlin Trail just 0.1 mile from the front door. Oregon is a short drive to Madison, Wisconsin’s capital city. Oregon has a budding downtown business district 2 blocks away. Our lower level private apartment is great for couples, friends, families, and business or healthcare travelers. We created the apartment when we built a new addition onto our home in 2014. The apartment has a separate secure private exterior entrance and secure private interior entrance. There is a Ring camera that overlooks the parking area.
