We are walking distance to shopping and local eateries, 5 minutes away from Midwestern State University and North Texas State Hospital. Sheppard Air Force Base is a short 15 minute drive away. The MPEC Event Center and the downtown area is only a short 10 minute drive away. Whatever brings you to town, we are close enough to it all.

Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a kitchen, heating/AC, & an EV charger during your stay. We also have a washer/dryer & free parking. Private fenced backyard for your pets. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Located downtown for a front row seat of all the festivities going on as well as shopping and dining. Lots of room inside for hanging out inside the house or out in the bay area playing games or watching activities through the windows or from the bench outside. You can also drive your vehicle inside the building for more convenience. Recently added a daybed with a trundle bed to sunroom.
