Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

L'appartamento si divide su due livelli, zona inferiore con cucina e soggiorno open space, ampio ripostiglio e bagno; la zona superiore comprende le due camere da letto e il bagno principale. L'appartamento è situato al primo piano di un edificio posto nel centro di Chiesina Uzzanese, cittadina situata nel centro della Toscana. Data la sua posizione (casello A11), è ottimale per visitare città come Lucca, Firenze, Pisa, Montecatini, Pescia - Collodi, Pistoia, Viareggio - Torre del Lago Puccini, Pontedera (Museo Piaggio), Montecarlo, Lajatico (Bocelli), oltre a siti naturalistici come il Padule di Fucecchio e il lago di Sibolla. In Chiesina vi sono buoni ristoranti e negozi tipici.

The accommodation is located a few minutes from Collodi (the Village of Pinocchio), on the border between the hills of Lucca and Montecatini Terme. Lucca is only 13 km away. Excellent support also for visiting Florence, Vinci,Pisa, Viareggio and Forte Dei Marmi. Just before your arrival we offer a private guide with the best restaurants and the most beautiful places in the area to visit.
