Carriage house on the rock!

Carriage House on the Rock is a two minute walk to Westwood Lake Park that offers world-class mountain bike trails and hiking. A cozy one bedroom carriage house that is fully appointed. A 6km walk around the lake, or if you are feeling adventurous, a 3 hour hike up Mount Benson and its amazing views are nearby. Only three km to downtown, & float planes to Vancouver. Walking distance to VIU, Aquatic Center, and Nanaimo Ice Center. We are centrally located but offer a quiet remote getaway.

The Fat Cat Inn

In a quiet neighbourhood, a lovely, private, air-conditioned, vaulted-ceiling cabin with glass front overlooking Baynes Sound and the mountains of Vancouver Island. Self-contained with a private entrance. Queen-size bed in loft, single bed on main floor. Private bathroom with shower. Private access to beach. Close to ferry, a short walk to the local village. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or small children. WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES.

Swell Shack Off-Grid Tiny Cabin w/ Sauna For Rent

This rustic off-grid micro cabin is 106 sq. ft. but feels much bigger, nicely nestled away in the mossy forest. Sleeps two in a queen bed in the loft. Minutes from surfing and hiking trails, you’re in the right place for epic adventures. We built our cabin using mainly reclaimed materials. We wanted to build a place that had minimal impact on the environment. It has on demand hot water, rainwater catchment, and solar powered electricity. We also have a beautiful sauna available to rent.

After a quiet & peaceful nights sleep, awake refreshed in the serenity of the forest surrounded by natural light and forest scents. Situated on 4 acres, our home is totally private, yet only a 3-minute drive to Ganges. Peaceful and tranquil, come here to relax after a full day of exploring.

Seaview Cottage, Cates Hill, Bowen Island

Seaview Cottage is cozy and romantic, perfect for a getaway weekend or longer. Located on Cates Hill, Bowen Island, it has a fabulous view of Snug Cove, Howe Sound and the Coast Mountains. The neighbourhood is generally quiet and peaceful and there is a nice outdoor space for you to sit and enjoy. Please note that we do not allow any pets in Seaview Cottage. Waterfall lovers will enjoy a stunning walk to Stamp Falls. Our cottage is the perfect home base for outdoor enthusiasts. Come for Alberni Valley's fishing , cycling, and hiking. The cottage offers TV, laundry, wifi, and self check-in. Hike or bike the Alberni Valley's recreational trails, visit Stamp Falls Provincial park (just across the road), or take a day trip to Tofino and Ucluelet.
