The flat is part of a three floor villa formed by 4 flats in total. Three flats are on Airbnb and the remaining one is occasionally occupied by my family. Amazing single little villa, just totally renovated , located 100 meters from the shore of the lake, stands out for its particular style. Inside there are a living area connected directly to the outside with two sliding doors, a small but well-equipped kitchen, two double bedroom with direct access to the garden (one of which with private bathroom), a bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with shower. If necessary 8 places, there is a sofa-bed in the living room.

La nostra villa di circa 135 mq. si trova su un unico piano, é dotata di 3 camere da letto, due bagni con doccia (di cui uno anche per disabili), una luminosa cucina e un ampio salone con divano-letto che affacciano su due ampie terrazze. Garage con un altro bagno e un grande giardino con barbecue. La tassa di soggiorno è da pagarsi in loco ed è un costo extra di E. 2,80 al giorno sia per adulto che bimbo oltre i 14 anni (oltre il settimo giorno gratuita).
