The living room is on the main level, the upper level has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom while the lower level has another bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchen with all new appliances and a dining room. Both bathrooms have bath tubs with showers. I can be reached by text, email or phone. I am also available most times to be on site if needed. The house is located in a cute, quite neighborhood doors away from a bakery and coffee shop. The driveway will hold 3 cars, with additional parking across the road on West Union street or at the end of the block on West White Street.

Our Home is in a quiet cul-de-sac in west Urbana just minutes away from U of I campus/stadium, State Farm Center, and hospitals; as well as golf course/driving range, restaurants, and shopping. This home has everything you will need for a comfortable stay; whether it’s for a long weekend or a month long stay. There is a king bed in master and queen bed in the guest room with extra pillows/blankets and the bathrooms are well stock.
