Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. Private downtown two bedroom condo near Bon Secours Arena. Easy to access directly off the main gateway entrance to downtown. Walk to Main St. in 10-15 minutes for access to great restaurants, bars, and shopping. 20 minute walk to beautiful Falls Park. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee provided. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. If you're in town for an event at the Bon Secours Arena, avoid event parking fees and stay here. You won't find a closer place to the arena.

Speckled Trout on the Tuck (Tuckasegee River)

There is a nice walkway down to the river. Enjoy fishing, swimming and boating at this nice escape!
