Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Die 60 m² große Wohnung für bis zu 6 Personen verfügt über eine großzügige Wohnküche und einem großen Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche und 2 Schlafzimmern. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind aus Zirbenholz. Ausstattung: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Besteck, Geschirr, Backrohr, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, SAT-TV. Spielplatz für Kinder zur Verfügung. Liegebereich mit Liegestühle, Tische, Bänke und ein Grill stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung.

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
