Just 3km to the university and walking distance (1.5 km) to the shops and restaurants of downtown Guelph. Grocery, variety store, bus stops all close. Open concept kitchen, dining area and living room with TV. Sleep well in the comfortable queen size bed. Hosts live upstairs with their friendly dog.

The Tiny House is a private 9’ x 12’, fully insulated, 4 season cabin with a couch, kitchenette with running water, queen bed, Loftnet hammock & outdoor shower. Enjoy the natural beauty of our half acre tree-filled backyard, yet still close to downtown Guelph. This is a glamping experience that requires appreciation for tiny house living. Guests have access to a separate portable washroom, by walking about 100ft to the back of the yard.

Large bachelor apartment in the basement of a private detached house occupied by owners. Walking distance to the University of Guelph. Separate entrance. Private full-size kitchen and 3 pcs bathroom. Very clean. The house occupied by a non-smoking family. We don't allow smoking inside or outside of the house. We also don't own and we don't allow pets. The apartment is fully furnished. Very private accommodation. Wi-Fi included. Guests might be asked for IDs upon check in.

Our private cottage is steps from downtown Guelph. The cottage is complete with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a large shower. The cottage is a separate building located in our back garden.You access the cottage along the driveway and stone pathway through the back garden. There is free wireless Internet along with Rogers Ignite TV and Netflix. The living room is spacious and there is one bedroom with a king- sized bed.
