Wooded area behind the home has a hiking path to the Echo Lake Park for nature lovers.

Located in the historic Bellevue neighborhood with restaurants and shops within walking distance, this charming Arts and Crafts bungalow has an open feel with a large family room and dining room, a kitchen with a tin-plated ceiling, a butcher block island, and breakfast nook. There are 2 Bedrooms, an office and large front and back porch perfect for morning coffee!

Welcome to "The Home Stretch", a beautiful quiet place in the country just a few miles from Short Pump (which has great restaurants, Golf Courses, Drive Shack, wineries, Breweries. Our second floor apartment features a private entrance with all the things you may need while you are away from home. It has a spacious living area, eat in kitchen, queen bed and 2 trundle-like twin beds. We are on the premises but not in your space at all. Available day and night should you need anything.

Private B&B in Historic Fan

We are looking for people who will enjoy the Historic Fan District of Richmond. The stand alone apartment includes a bedroom, bathroom, and renovated kitchen which has microwave, refrigerator, toaster ,and Keurig coffee machine. For our overnight guests we will provide the ingredients for a delicious breakfast: baked goods butter jams etc., 6 breakfast cereals, , fresh fruit , tea and for Keurig 10 varieties of coffee plus hot chocolate and hot apple cider.

Cozy Museum District Apartment

Our cozy Museum District apartment is our personal escape in Richmond Virginia. This listing is conveniently located to many bars, restaurants, and breweries. We are also easy walking distance from the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, the Virginia Historical Society, and Black Hand Coffee. You will love our updated kitchen and comfy bed. Our apartment is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Animal lover’s Cozy Cottage. We host pets with their people. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The Studio apartment is perfect for two adults and a child. In Short Pump, close to restaurants, shopping, and highway 64, 288, and 295 (5 minute drive; not walking distance). Large fenced yard and pet friendly (See Other Details to Note for important information). Pet fees are per pet.

A Place of Peace

A separate cozy cottage for two. Queen sized bed with en-suite full bathroom, plus a screened-in porch and an outside deck. JD, our short-haired orange cat and Ambassador, will be happy to keep you company and share HIS porch!. We are a short drive downtown and a 5-minute walk to the James River. Richmond is a foodie town with great brew-pubs everywhere. All are welcome!

Hundred Acre Wood: basement apartment/pets welcome

Pets welcome! Cozy, comfortable, and spacious efficiency apartment with a view of pristine woods and adorable chickens and ducks. Go for a walk in the woods to Beech Creek or explore the quaint town of Ashland just 10 minutes away. A great space to unplug, rest, and get away from it all! Please note that we are not able to accommodate long-term rentals.

You’ll love our apartment because of the wonderful central location as well as the clean, bright space. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
