It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. There is an bunkhouse with a queen bed, no bath which is a separate building next to the carport. Massage chair in bunkhouse. 50 $ pet fee.
