Das Holiday House WEST wurde 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt 2km westlich von Trogir, 25km von Split und 50km östlich von Sibenik, allesammt UNESCO Weltkulturerbestätten. An ruhiger jedoch zentraler Lage mit einem schönen Blick auf das adriatische Meer die Stadt Trogir sowie auf die Halbinsel Ciovo ist es der perfekte Urlaubsort für Familien mit freunden auf vier Pfoten. Bars, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Strand liegen in unmittelbarem Umkreis und können zu Fuss erreicht werden.

Villa Marin - first row by the sea

Villa Marin is situated in the first row by the sea. Pool is 8x4x1,4 meters. You can enjoy beautiful blue sea from all rooms. In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ). There's one couple-bedroom ( 200x180 cm ). Each of other two bedroomshave two beds which can be separated as needed. The area of the villa and the enviroment is 600 m2.

The house is located on a plot of 4000 m2, it stretches down to the sea (beach) distance of 40 meters, with paved driveway to the pier or beach.The whole plot offers exceptional peace and robinson type of tourism, but at the same time distance from the center of Trogir is 6km.Possibility of using two free sups and kayak for rental.The house is solar powered with big terrace, amazing view, option of bonding the ship of max 15 meters(rental or yours).Welcome gift olive oil and wine.See you!

This beautiful modern four bedroom villa is located in Trogir - on part which is on island Ciovo and its connected with bridge to old town .Villa is positioned on a little sunny hill with private roof swimming pool and whirlpool ideal for enjoying the warm Dalmatian sun . It is overlooking the promenade of Trogir and it has a spectacular sea view. Location is residential but only a ten minute walk to centre of Trogir and a fifteen minute taxi ride from Split Airport.

Store house is on the same location and it's open until 22:00. Bus and taxi stations are within 300m from the house. Within 900m there are dozens of a little restaurants and caffe bars. Public beach with a boat rental agencies are within 500m.

Our holiday house is a perfect place for travelers looking for relaxation and a peaceful vacation. Located in Duga bay, just a few steps from the beach and a restaurant, you can enjoy your stay surrounded by the smell of pines and sounds of birds and sea. Due to a partially secluded location, the wifi connection is not great, so bare this in mind if you plan to work while staying with us.
