This apartment can suit max 6 adults. The distance from beach and house is about 5 min by walk, and distance from old center of town is about 15 min by walk. The apartment was newly built, 2021.The apartment is in a block,connected to a family house.. It has two floors with a separate entrance. Guests can use a part of the garden in front of the apartment with a table and chairs. Atractive beach with plenty things to do is 2 minutes . The apartment you can enjoy and relax, and if you want any other activity ,its near by .Trogir is a 15 minute walk and there is a boat every 10 minutes .Enjoy the sun and the Adriatic sea in an attractive location ''.

Heritage home Nerium in Trogir

Through the centuries, the palace was home to the aristocratic Celio Doroteo Family. The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. The ground floor including the courtyard, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms ,2 with queen sized beds and 1 double bed and bathroom. The top floor has been adapted into a kitchen, living room and toilet.

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj nalazi se u blizini svih zanimljivosti, što vam olakšava planiranje vašeg posjeta. Sama kuća u kojoj je smješten apartman je iz srednjeg vijeka i okruženje je pitoreskno. Udaljen je od glavnog trga 2 minute. U ovom objektu imate mogućnost sušiti robu na tiramolu; tradicionalan mediteranski način sušenja robe. U centru grada ponekad je šušur, ali s obzirom na strogi centar ovaj dio je uvučen i poprilično tih. Iako Mediteran je život ulice, imate priliku osjetiti to. 🤗

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The very small room is located on the top floor & offers top views over the bay of Trogir. You can see some islands from the balcony and even Split in the distance. The room is best suitable for 1P. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (very narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.
